In the beginning there was an in Europe unique project: the development of the "hospital for the future". The objectives were modern, patient-near procedures and future-oriented health services as well as an optimized price-performance ratio on high clinical standards.

The new hospital building of the clinical centre had to measure up to these requirements in all areas.

Completely new hospital with 3.300 rooms, 676 beds, 8 OTs, 7 surgical rooms and 8 delivery rooms.

Estimated capacity for approx. 35.000 inpatients and 35.000 outpatients per year.

For this challenging project BLANCO MEDICAL SYSTEMS supplied the complete equipment of the clinical centre with about 380 functional cabinet installations made of epoxy coated steel for all areas - from the operating theatres, to baby care and supply corridors - including all built-in devices and additional components.

The high efficiency of BLANCO MED SYSTEMS is shown especially in the order related design of outstanding customized solutions.

One example are the absolutely x-ray proof pass-through cabinet installlations with lead inlays. They act as partition with electromagnetic interlock.
