Individual responsibility
One key feature of BLANCO is that the company gives its employees as much design freedom as possible. This means that the company also gives them a great pledge of confidence in advance. However, these freedoms are bound to the duty that each employee accepts personal responsibility for utilising this design freedom in the company's best interests. A key aspect in employee satisfaction, and in BLANCO's appeal as an employer, is based on the perception of the pair of values, trust and commitment. The company itself benefits from tighter, faster processes.
Collective responsibility
Companies have a very special social responsibility. BLANCO is pleased to accept this responsibility, and provides it in many different ways. As a family company that is bound to its homeland, BLANCO thinks and acts sustainably and respectfully from the outset. The tremendous importance of its corporate ethic was confirmed in 1995, when the company joined the international network Caux Round Table (CRT). BLANCO committed to observing ethical business principles.
Since 2008 the company has issued a sustainability report every second year.
