The quiet one among kitchen taps

Noisy taps and noise classes

mixer tap BLANCOLINUS
Mixer tap BLANCO CULINA-S Duo

The design of a kitchen tap has a major impact on the noise that occurs as the water flows through it.

A very noisy tap can quickly become really annoying - if it can be heard in the adjoining house at more than 30 dB, for example, as this is above the legal limit. This is why it is important to take a closer look at cut-price products, to prevent later disappointments.

The entire range of BLANCO kitchen taps has noise class 1 or 2 certification, which is extremely quiet. This is also particularly useful if the kitchen is close to the bedroom. Even if you want to drink a glass of water during the night, for example, drawing the water will not cause any irritating noises.

How does it work? All the technology will remain our secret, of course! But this much we can reveal: the geometry of the mixer body, cartridge, pipes and jet regulator are perfectly matched.
