It was preceded by an in-depth analysis of all the HR measures by the independent Top Employers’ Institute that included every aspect of personnel management. For instance, the institute looked very closely at issues such as corporate culture and management, career options, personnel development and work/life balance.
This inspection confirmed that Blanco offers exceptionally good working conditions and a tremendous range of attractive offers for its employees. Personnel director Ulrich Harm, who had the privilege of receiving the award at the ceremonial presentation in Düsseldorf, is delighted about the successful certification, and confirmed: "This award makes us even more interesting as an employer, and demonstrates that we have plenty of advantages in the competition for qualified staff."
CEO Achim Schreiber is of the same opinion: "In recent years in particular, we have dealt intensively and sustainably with numerous measures concerning corporate culture and personnel management. With numerous programmes, the Blanco spirit and with a culture of trust, we have set clear signals that delight applicants and our staff in equal measure."
