Functional and exclusive in design and material quality: mixer taps in solid stainless steel are the dot on the 'i' in discerning kitchen planning. Now, no fewer than three new models have been added to the premium segment of mixer tap specialist Blanco. All completely different in design, they all share the same homogeneous brushed stainless steel surface. Furthermore, these innovations are available with or without the pull-out spray.
Blanco Ambis and Blanco Ambis-S appeal with looks based on timeless symmetry and clear contours. The control element, which is positioned on the cylindrical body of the mixer tap, not only offers flexibility in kitchen planning, but also provides right- or left-handed users with the same speedy access. The high spout offers tremendous freedom of movement and ease of use. Ambis-S also has a practical additional feature: the pull-out spray changes over from pearl to spray at the touch of a button. Details such as the lavishly brushed surface or the fine chamfers on the control lever and change-over button underscore the excellent material and manufacturing quality.
Blanco Candor and Candor-S are both rounded and full of character in appearance. With the tall, bow-shaped cylindrical spout and control element on the side, they are the embodiment par excellence of the modern classic. They both also score for their decidedly practical features, which include the vertical zero position of the control lever that keeps the area between the mixer tap and back free. The start position at cold water provides further energy efficiency, and prevents the accidental drawing of hot water. It is also extremely easy to fill saucepans and vases under the tall spout. The version Candor-S also has a concealed pull-out spray that is ideal for washing vegetables, fruit or the sink.
The fine sheen of solid stainless steel is also seen to full effect in Blanco Lanora and Lanora-S. Standing tall and with an L-shaped spout, the line appeals for its functionality and harmonious design. The control on the side is operated quickly and easily for ergonomic work sequences. The vertical zero position offers more design freedom around the back, and because it starts from cold helps to save energy. As with all three new products, the surface has been beautifully finished in a special brushing process, and delights with its extremely pleasant feel.
