Just as a suit always consists of a jacket and trousers, BLANCO’s wide and varied offer of top quality sinks also always includes the mixer taps that match them in form, colour and function. A total of five new designs with completely different characteristics have now been added to the Oberderdingen-based kitchen manufacturer’s range of mixer taps. There’s one thing they all share: BLANCO's typical uncompromising claim to quality, which goes far beyond today’s usual levels. This applies not only to the materials that are used, from the high quality seals to the first-class surface finishes, but also to the excellent standards of hygiene. After all, something that is extremely important to use flows through these mixer taps: the water we drink.
Each of these designs has its own unique advantages:
BLANCOCULINA-S: The exciting design of the new Culina-S mixer tap won’t just appeal to experienced amateur chefs. Its special feature, the flexible spout, is held in the shape of a bow by a graceful stainless steel spring. This provides a very high level of freedom as the shower is moved around the bowl. The support is very sophisticated: it has a magnet to instantly release the shower – and secure it again just as quickly when it is no longer required. Then there is the choice of two spray types, bundled or low spray. It is available in two finishes: chrome and stainless steel. Blancoculina-S is not only at home in professional and semi-professional kitchens, but is also the ideal choice for lifestyle customers who want to equip their high quality “home pro” kitchen with a highly functional mixer tap.
BLANCOLINEE/-S: The SteelArt portfolio is increased by a mixer tap that is a most impressive interpretation of exclusive system design: Blancolinee. It beautifully balances cylindrical and cubic elements. With its consistently clear lines, the Linee/-S is perfectly matched to all SteelArt products. The sink centre becomes an elegant eye-catcher, whether in the interplay with the Divon and Flow-IF sink models or with any of the Claron bowls. Needless to say, the system solutions specialist offers Blancolinee with or without a spray hose. The dispenser Piona and cylindrically shaped pop-up are practical and beautifully shaped additions.
BLANCOELOS One: This new filigree mixer tap is an elegant, space-saving finishing touch to the existing Elos family; it requires only one tap hole since the lever is integrated in the slender body. Blancoelos One appeals for its clear, uncompromising design and fine, elegant details. The tall spout, which swivels by 360 degrees, makes it easier to fill large containers and vases. This addition to the Elos line of mixer taps is available in chrome, and is highly recommended for straight-lined inset sinks such as the new Blancostrato Pro-IF.
BLANCOTIVO/-S: With its calm design and elegantly understated styling, the new mixer tap line Tivo/-S is both timeless and balanced. When it comes to functionality and harmonious kitchen design, the series leaves nothing to be desired. Tivo/-S is available in two versions (swivel cylindrical spout and extendable changeover hose spray) and in two finishes (chrome and bi-colour Silgranit look in 10 colours) to match many of the current sink families (e.g. Classic Pro, Livit, Lantos, Zia and Metra).
BLANCOJIL: This mixer tap is simply different. The high-contrast combination of a dynamically designed mixer body that is angled at the top and the tall linear spout is a key design feature. Jil goes particularly well with smaller sink designs, and with the 360° swivel spout it certainly does not compromise on functionality. Also available in an attractive bi-colour surface mix: chrome/black gloss and chrome/white gloss
Five new mixers – five new ways of finding the perfect partner for a sink; one that completes it as satisfactorily as a jacket does a suit.
